SwiftPixels ("SwiftPixels," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SwiftPixels game console, related accessories, our online services — including the SwiftPixels Store, multiplayer network, and companion apps — and our websites (together, the "Services").

By setting up or using your SwiftPixels console or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

You provide directly

• Account information — name, email address, date of birth, username, password, and profile picture.
• Payment information — billing address and card details, processed by our third-party payment processors. SwiftPixels does not store full card numbers.
• Communications — support messages, survey responses, and content you submit, such as reviews, forum posts, and chat messages.

Collected automatically

• Device information — console serial number, hardware model, OS version, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
• Gameplay data — games played, playtime, achievements, in-game purchases, save data, captured clips, and settings.
• Network & performance data — connection speed, error logs, crash reports, and diagnostics.
• Location data — approximate location from IP address for regional pricing and matchmaking; precise location only if you enable a location-based feature.

From third parties

• Game publishers and developers, when you link accounts or play third-party titles.
• Social platforms, if you connect your SwiftPixels account to them.
• Payment processors, confirming transaction status.

Voice & camera

If your console or accessory includes a camera or microphone — for party chat, voice commands, or motion features — we only collect audio or video when you actively enable that feature. You can turn it off any time in Settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent for optional features like camera, microphone, or location; request a portable copy of your data; and opt out of data sharing for advertising. Most of these can be managed directly in Settings → Privacy on your console.

California residents

You have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA / UK residents

You have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

07Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Gameplay and diagnostic data may be kept longer in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics.

08Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security testing. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

09International transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for international transfers.
